“The staff was great.....very helpful. There was a bar & grill right across the street, with good food. The hotel had snacks and a light breakfast out all the time. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy.”

“It was a terrific location and had lots of character. The rooms were cute, clean, and everything worked great — especially the air conditioning. Parking was convenient and free and breakfast was delish! I would definitely stay again.”

“We had an excellent stay at the B&B. The staff was lovely and very helpful and attentive. It was peaceful and quiet. Easy to get over to Newport by the Ferry, with able to leave my car parked with the on street parking provided.”

“The TV in room was stuck on picture frame mode. I was not able to watch TV. The was a nice refigerator and the AC worked well. There was NO place to hang my clothes and NO PARKING? on site??.”

“We were in Newport for the Jazz Festival. The accommodations were very good, location convenient for everything. Pictures accurately depict the property.
The only thing that I would suggest be improved is the wifi. We ended up using our phone hotspot to connect when we were in the room.
We would stay there again.”
