“A lovely B&B that was very tidy, allowed me to bring my dog and the breakfast was delicious.”

“Had a great stay, had a lovely welcome, really comfy bed in a lovely cottage suite (room 11). Had everything you could need for a self catering stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Car parking included was a bonus. Would highly recommend with only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bury St Edmunds. Would definitely stay again”

“The Greyhound Cottage is located in an excellent place for sightseeing historical and interesting places around Suffolk and North Essex. Kay & Doug were very approachable and their attention to detail from booking in to our ordering and serving of breakfast was excellent. The Cottage was pleasantly quiet, the blackout curtains ensured a very restful sleep.”

“Our stay was generally good. A couple of comments. Our hot tap in Room 8 was stuck and not working and the plug sockets were strangely placed in room meaning the kettle could only be operated balanced on a chair or inside the cupboard.”

“Very nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Food was excellent. It is in a good location for the centre town easily walkable. There is no parking but was able to drop the bags off. Car park nearby and reasonably priced (5minute walk back). Would definitely stay there again.”
