“I was really looking forward to my stay at The Candlesticks. However as soon as I entered, I began to have my doubts. The bar area, where the owner received us, looked particularly shabby and it smelt musty. It was 3pm (an hour after checking-in should have started) and the room wasn't ready. “Loved my stay! I honestly wish I could have stayed longer but I was only there 1 night. The B&B is surrounded by countryside and is very quiet and peaceful. The bed was super comfy, the room huge and shower amazing! Extremely clean as well. Good breakfast and lovely friendly owners too. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area. ”
