We had a ground floor double room. It had a slight odour to it and areas of the room need attending to. . We did not get much sleep due to the local church bells which rang throughout the night! Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. All the staff we came across were very helpful and pleasant. The property is in the middle of town and on the doorstep of everything.

I live in the US and this is my second stay at the Three Swans. I like the fact it was an old coaching Inn … on booking I was not advised or asked if a room up a lot of steep stairs at the very top of the building would work for me…. I am 75 and it was hard work! The staff are generally helpful especially the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent. The courtyard that runs alongside the building full of comfortable tables/chairs and many boxes of flowers is a delight. I love Market Harborough and enjoyed my stay.

We were in Leicestershire to attend a wedding and The Three Swans was the nearest hotel. We arrived on Mothers Day and they were extremely busy but nowhere felt rushed. We reserved a table for the evening and the restaurant looked fully booked but again calm, no rush. Very good service and extremely good food. Our room was big, very clean and the bed very comfy. Toiletries provided in the bathroom. We would definitely take a detour to stay here again. Thank you.

Great secure parking. Staff were friendly abd room was spotless. Good selection of tea / coffee / biscuits. Window a little worse for wear! But had a good nights sleep. Brekafast was good but the granola was all stuck together in one lump in the container and some products slow to be replenished. All in all Good value for the money it must be said.
