“We arrived after 10:00 pm. No one was at the front desk for 30 minutes because he needed to help another patron and he was the only one working. A line formed as we all waited for check in. Our key and another patrons key did not work for the assigned rooms- so us and another couple back to the desk. With help- the key finally worked but someone was already in our room! Poor other patron to be woken up after 11:00 pm. Finally - we received a vacant room with a working key at 11:30pm. Exhausted....

“The outside was not impressive. Looked old & plain. The inside of the room was old (it used an actual key & there wasn't a USB plug to be found) but it was clean & looked properly maintained. The AC worked well! The bed was too soft for my taste but that's a personal opinion not a knock.
