“This is a nice convenient hotel, off the M1 near Daventry but still a couple of miles to the town centre. It’s certainly a big hotel and seems to do a lot of events and conferences. There’s a small bar with some food but I didn’t find it very homely as it’s at the side of the giant entrance. I’m pretty sure the staff are friendly and helpful but the lady I checked in with initially couldn’t find my booking and became very curt as though I’d made an error in booking or something so I showed her...

“Typical mid-range, rural conference hotel. Archaic procedures that required you to head to the reception every single time that you wanted to use fitness facilities or pool. Correct, if not very friendly service. Overpriced, but decent restaurant (besides the pub five minutes walk away, the only dining option around here). Hotel had just reopened after holidays so Wi-Fi wasn't functioning for the first 24 hours. Blimey.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Jasmine House. Our room was lovely. Much more spacious than anticipated, the bathroom was very nice as well. The host let us use the fridge in the main kitchen to store a few items which was helpful as well. The location is wonderful, easily walkable to great dining options and some nice little shops. Highly recommend!”
