“We had a lovely stay at The Fleece. Great sized room with lovely view and great bathroom. The cleaner was lovely, helpful and efficient - tea tray had a great selection of drinks. The food at the hotel is delicious. Staff were all friendly. Great location and helpful to be able to park on site.”

“We were looking for an overnight stop travelling back North from Southampton and came across here. There was a big extension being built to the front of the pub so parking was difficult but otherwise caused no inconvenience. We had 3 rooms and all were very comfortable and well equipped . What stood out about this place was the staff, all were genuinely lovely and friendly. Checked in and personally shown to our rooms. We ate at the pub and the food was quickly served and was simply delicious...

“The Dundas Arms is a warm welcoming hotel in an interesting setting between canal and river on the edge of a lovely village. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed. The restaurant was busy with good service and a good menu of delicious food. The staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient. It was our diamond wedding celebration and we were well looked after and given complimentary bubbly to celebrate. We had a most enjoyable 3 days and consider Dundas an ideal country venue and...

“Very nice downstairs room, including a very cool ceiling and a cozy wonderful warm atmosphere. The room was smaller than we expected, including the toilet, where it was hard to maneuver between the toilet and the sink. However, we managed just fine and we thought it was very good value for the price. Breakfast was wonderful!”
