We had such a wonderful stay here! Both Raven and Kobe were so welcoming and set such a positive tone for our visit. Raven went above and beyond to help us navigate the city with clear walking directions and even shared great recommendations for starters at a local restaurant (which were spot on!). The hospitality here is top-notch. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in town!

Our room was spacious and overall nice, however, the entire lobby and basement levels smelled strongly of fish for the duration of our stay. Additionally, we were told upon arrival that the wifi was down- it didn’t go back up until a day later.

In general, my wife and I enjoyed the room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Better than staff in other hotels we have been to. The room has a coffee machine, which is good. I am a bit surprised that there are no teabags. The other thing is that we experienced short periods of WiFi instability at night.
