“This was our second stay at the Emerald Inn. We stayed last year and liked it so much that we booked again for December, but in the meantime needed a last-minute trip and decided to try them again — glad we were able to get a room. It didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable. A little kitchenette is a great bonus even though we didn’t use it, and having a coffee press in the room was a huge plus. “Great to get a call a couple of hours after I arrived for staff to ask if everything was OK - yes it was. My one recommendation - extremely firm beds are not good for everyone. I had a terrible sleep as the mattress was so firm there was insufficient 'give' to support my body correctly, and my hips were aching.”

“I reserved a deluxe room, but what I got was a small room with a double and single bed, there was no handle on the bathroom door and when the shower was on, there was a huge puddle on the floor, Servicing the room is just pull the sheets up, no stock up of anything. What you see on the website is not what you get”

“Room was nice and clean. Staff wasn't very helpful. After trying to reach them and them telling me my credit card was declined without telling me they don't accept my credit card. I requested to talk someone I person. Someone popped out of the building after telling me the check in was remote check in.
