This is our second time staying here with family. Its so central to everywhere we need to go. The only downside is the wifi is patchy. Kids could use their phones but I couldnt use my laptop. Beds are clean and comfy. Kitchen in our unit was equipped with what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Bottles and cans and cigerette butts around the property. Not enough towels or sheets, had to ask. Floors were sticky and made our feet covered in dust and hairs. Sheets and towels were clean. Terrible wifi. Good location to Takapuna beachfront and shops. Easy motorway access. Wouldn't stay here again.

Room was nice and clean. Staff wasn't very helpful. After trying to reach them and them telling me my credit card was declined without telling me they don't accept my credit card. I requested to talk someone I person. Someone popped out of the building after telling me the check in was remote check in. I had to pay a deposit and I was told that my deposit will be paid back within couple of days of check out. There was no instructions about the tv and wifi connection. No instructions on near by amenities. I wouldn't recommend this place and I wouldn't stay again.

The staff are kind and friendly but Internet barely works, if you are willing to wait 30 seconds to a minute for anything to load then feel free to stay here, plus only works in certain parts of the room, the tvs are hit or miss depending on the room, the rooms get the bare minimum cleaning and maintanence. People drive out the driveway the wrong way all the time plus have zero consideration for others in the world. Worth maybe $10 per night less without some investment.

Close to Westlake Girls College was the only reason for staying. Room clean enough but bathroom needed a deep clean and shower head was broken but there’s good hot water. Linen was clean. There were a number of broken things in the Unit & we took pictures incase we got charged for them. Parking was outside unit. No staff present and we didnt receive an email with details about collecting the key. Hard to ask questions over the phone before hand, as the person looks after a number of places.
