“We stayed for a week over Christmas. The room was clean, comfy and fairly modern. The staff were amazing; helpful and respectful every time we spoke to them. The breakfast was good; selection of cereals, yogurts, fruit and pastries for a light breakfast. Sausage, bacon, scrambled egg and beans if you wanted something hot. Overall, excellent value for money!”

“2nd visit here and now our last. Arrived early and although the room wasn’t ready we were told our number. We returned later and went to the room after collecting the key. It was dinner time so we went down to get a meal and was told that food was t served after 7.30 , although the information in the room said we could get room service until 9pm. We were told that there wasn’t a menu for room service, so we went to the local garage for a sandwich. After breakfast the next morning we went to...

“The toilet flush control was not working properly. It needs to be either fixed or replaced. The shower head was too close to the wall. I had to put my next to the wall to have a shower. Lastly, there was no hair dryer.”
