Service is amazing, everyone is so kind and helpful. Our room was a little small and I would have preferred an actual sink with a counter and actual storage space for clothes etc since we stayed 3 days (We had a lot of luggage because we were on a 14 day trip.) The hotel is beautiful and I'm not complaining, it was really a great experience and the service was great! I even got a massage while I was there that was really good! No complaints about the hotel, it's just that the room layout just wasn't functional for us as travelers so I wish I had requested another room or I paid better attention to the photos of the rooms when I booked to ensure I got a room that was more spacious.

Amazing service. They weren't just wonderful at check in, they were wonderful throughout our stay. They made sure we were well taken care of every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for more. I think we might visit Athens just to stay at that hotel.
