everything was perfect. location is super quiet and close to the town’s center (includes parking spot right next to the entrance), room and service was flawless. the lady at the counter even helped me giving me instructions to visit meteora.

I was definitely happy that we stayed at this hotel. It was a bit out of town, but you were able to walk in to town. It was clean, but a bit outdated. I breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

This is where you want to stay!

We will definitely come back! The room was large and comfortable, the view was spectacular, and the breakfast in the morning (additional charge) was delicious! Everyone was so kind and helpful. We really liked this place a lot!

Comfortable and relax stay in Kalabaka!

My family and I had a lovely stay in Kalabaka. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of Meteora. The bed was comfortable. We arrived in the hotel slightly earlier than the check-in time and was able to check-in right away, the receptionist kindly stored our luggages for us after checking out too. Totally recommend staying here! 10 out of 10!

Quaint little hotel

Alsos House is a quaint little hotel with the vibe of a B&B located at the foot of the towering rocks atop which, rests the world famous monasteries. The rooms are well appointed, clean, comfortable and decorated in a classy last century fashion. The town of Kalabaka is perfect if you are looking for a quiet getaway from the hustle bustle of city life. The hotel is managed by a local family who will take excellent care of you! I will go back there in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic stay at Alsos House. We were traveling as a family of five and the apartment was very spacious and clean. We had a balcony where we could look out at the amazing cliffs of Meteora and the hike up to the Holy Trinity Monastery was right next to the hotel. Everyone working there was helpful and kind. We recommend it highly.

A wonderful hotel at the bottom of Meteora. The rooms were very well laid out and spacious. The area is in a quiet neighbourhood in Kalabata, and is walking distance to the town centre for restaurants and bars. It is also near many walking trails in Meteora, with the Monastery of the Holy Trinity a 30 minute hike away. The hotel was also terrific value for money given that you are at one of the busiest tourist spots at a UNESCO world heritage site. I will definitely come back and stay there again.

Nestled in the breathtaking region of Meteora, Greece, this apartment was a true gem! Impeccably maintained, it offered a welcoming and comfortable space for our visit. Great hotel, but lots of loud children

The hotel and staff are great, but the hotel was much too noisy for us. Lots of screaming and yelling kids until fairly late at night. If we would have known, we would have booked somewhere else. If you are traveling with kids, this is a great place. There is even a playground adjacent to the hotel. If you want some peace and quiet, don’t stay at the hotel next to the playground…

Visiting Meteora was amazing. This was out of the main town by 5 minute drive but the whole city is small. The cliff are right outside your room. Very very clean and new bathroom!! Highly recommend.
