“Cleaner room, bathroom and bath towels”

“La piscina estaba medio vacía y el afua verde, asi que no pudimos bañarnos. Tiene buenas vistas, al fondo se ve el mar. La comida estaba buena y las habitaciones limpias. El personal es agradable. No ofrecen cambio de moneda.”

“Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️”

“Yes- the property was and is breathtakingly beautiful but what makes every stay amazing & unforgettable is how the staff is and at Casa Britona- they are exceptional! Hospitality and warmth with an attitude of "how can I help?" for every slight irk one might have during the booking process and stay, they emulate the "Mi casa, su casa" vibe at every step and every minute of the stay. Thankyou Mr. Lenny at booking and Amit at the property for making our short stay a memory of a lifetime.”

“La propiedad se encuentra en una localización muy tranquila y se puede disfrutar muy bien la playa , el hotel muy bonito y los jardines hermosos, al igual la comida deliciosa, sin embargo su limpieza de la habitación no fue la mejor, del baño salía un olor muy desagradable y las paredes del baño con un poco de moho tuvimos que pedir que la limpiaran de nuevo, se ven instalaciones un poco dañadas sobre todo el baño y muebles un poco viejos. ”
