There was a fan that the owners allowed us to use because it was a little warm for my liking and there is no AC. “The place was clean and comfortable. We didn’t cook, but having a kitchen and multiple seating options was great. We didn’t use the backyard or hot tub, but both were available if we had wanted. It was very convenient to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, the reason for our stay. I would recommend to others and stay again if in the area.”
