Room was comfortable and clean. Older property but maintained. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Property is pet friendly with a small area for the pets. There is also a park just up the road for more room to roam for bigger doggies!

Nice little old school motel, very clean, comfortable beds. Ayesha (sp?) was at the desk at check in and gave me a great tip for my first day in Canyonlands. That night I thanked her and she gave me a another tip for a scenic drive before Arches. She helped my wife and I to have a great experience during our stay. Would stay there again.

Stopped there because my usual haunt was totally booked, and was pleasantly surprised. Rates were equivalent, room was more suited to my likes, cleanliness was great, staff very accommodating. In short, I've found my new "best place" in Monticello UT. Room was on the courtyard and was very quiet, a considerable feat considering the number of heavy trucks that pass through the area. Rates were good and fair, slightly lower than expected. Amenities were all there and functional. Overall, a pleasant surprise. To quote Arnold, "I'll be back."

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
The only issue we had was that my friend I was traveling with said his bed was horrible on his back. My bed was okay, but a little soft for my liking. Other than that it was a nice place with good housekeeping services. No breakfast though. But nowadays, most places that offer it isn't much anyway. I would try it again if in the area, but would test the bed before settling in on a room for longer stays.
