“After a long day of Hadrian Wall walking all we wanted was a shower, alas ran out of hot water after 5 min. I’ve never run out of hot water at a hotel before anywhere in UK until now. And it didn’t warm up again until following morning. Very really disappointing to say the least. Also, our room didn’t have a door in the bathroom area. “I liked the set up and the amenities even though I didn’t stay long enough to use them, knowing there was a pool on site and a gym will definitely help me decide to book here again. The pub opened late which was great . And the breakfast had lots of options which is always good. All in all a wonderful stay .”
