“Great parking but only problem is the room isnt sound proof so unfortunately heard next room quiet noisy but fortunately we were there only at night to sleep and was already tired. Other than that staff were great”

“Basic but clean room that worked well. Very decent continental breakfast. Staff were friendly and efficient. At this price point it was very good value.”

“Parking is limited under the building, and you have to pay per night. They offer the council parking lot across the road, as though it's part of their facility. Also, they offer breakfast, but there's no buffet. The cafe staff make each meal individually, and on the day I stayed there, the cafe could not meet the demand for breakfast in a timely fashion, as they were grossly understaffed and under-equipped. It meant you had to choose from the takeaway cabinet to be able to make it to work on...

“room was located behind the office area - beside the pool - parking for this room was not ideal for a couple over 70! However the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The info on line was very minimal - said tea making facilities and microwave and iron and ironing board. All that was good. Didn't mention a toaster was there (so we took our own !) Had crockery and cutlery - not mentioned - we again took our own!!!! could have saved ourselves a bit of space in small car! Disappointed...

“From check in to check out the entire experience was fabulous. The building is beautiful having been fully renovated. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for an overnight stay. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety, is fresh and beautifully displayed. A ten out of ten for us.”
