Vacations Close To Twin Oaks Garden Recreation Center

The staff was very friendly and had some very high energy that alone made our stay a 10/10

Rooms were clean which was great. However there was 0 air conditioning and after we complained they moved us to a new room and said it worked but after being in there for 4 hours the temperature didn’t change. Lastly $55 a night for valet is absolutely insane.

The aircon was not working in the first room assigned to us. Then we were moved to a different room. We later discovered the carpet in front of the aircon was soaked with another faulty aircon. The room we were moved to was not ready. The beds were not made, there was hair on the toilet and after taking a bath we realised the towels had not been replaced from the time of the previous occupants. First day we told the lady cleaning the room they could skip it. The second day they never came in for room cleaning at all. We had problems with our access cards that could not be activated because the machine that does that was faulty. we struggled with one card the whole period. To the credit of the manager, He gave us our breakfasts for free. to try and make up for the room fiasco and the ferry services were good. Food were fine.

We always enjoy our stay! This is our **third year staying at the Holiday Inn** when we come to Baltimore for football games, and they never disappoint! From the delicious food and cleanliness of the hotel to the amazing and friendly staff, the service is always top-notch. And the restaurant deserves a special shout-out **10/10!** 🙌 The food and service are absolutely awesome! We look forward to coming back every year! ❤️🏈
