“We stayed here for one night on our way to Minehead and it was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised air-conditioned rooms. On arrival, we were greeted by a sign saying the hotel was under refurbishment and there was no air conditioning. This was never mentioned when we booked. “Es el mejor hotel en el que nos hemos quedado hasta ahora. Muy cómodo y el personal muy amable. Las instalaciones excelentes si lo que quieres es relajarte. Piscina, sauna, hidromasaje, spa, bar, restaurante, etc.. todo muy confortable. Muchas gracias 😀”

“Bed was lovely and comfortable. Room was very nice. Struggling to get in and out of the shower. Staff on the whole were lovely but felt there was an atmosphere of discontentment amongst staff. Food expensive with service charge added without giving us the opportunity to say no. Rats running around the skip outside. Needs a general paint job outside. Leaving on a positive the breakfast was lovely.”
