This place was a nice one for the price, not so big but ok, inside pool which I wish they would of close the pool a lil later than 10 tho. The service was great n so was the room

Never Again!

I booked my stay well in advance. When I arrived, there was no room available for me. They wanted to have me stay at some other motel (not close) if they could find one for me. I insisted on getting a room at this motel. I finally accepted a room that had was listed as 'out of service' due to the bathtub / shower not working. When I made my reservation I had requested a ground floor room with handicap access. The room I accepted was on the second floor and there is no elevator in this motel. Access to the second floor was only by using a winding staircase. The breakfast was best described as "meager". That all said, the room itself was okay, however I will never book this motel again.

Not a great experience......

This is supposed to be a non-smoking facility. The entire hotel and our room stunk of cigarette smoke. Building had extremely poor insulation so we heard every noise, especially the expressway, all night long. Terrible night's sleep. I had a headache in the morning from the smoke stench. Wish I could get my money back since they lied about the facility being non-smoking. Never again!

Not kid friendly

We booked for the pool so my daughter could swim. The pool was closed and the whole place was under construction, if was not even worth the discount price. There was not much more than a tarp in front of dangerous workzones, so this was not a good place for kids. Our room was not ready or even clean when we got there after check in time. Also there was no elevator. So many things were wrong in the room. Only a few working plugs with no covers, a mess of cords to the tv, bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close, and one of the lamps was burnt out in an unusual dark room anyways. The neighborhood was very sketchy too.

Partially renovated with continued work in progres

Very nice hotel with a great staff. However, when we entered our assigned room, it was already occupied! I personally don't think this should happen. They apologized profusely and upgraded our room to a suite at no extra cost to us.Since they are renovating, breakfast consisted of cereal and milk only. The ice machine was not operable. Very comfortable room with wonderful beds. Somewhat noisy with highway traffic close by.

Ok Stay but could've been better

Over all my stay was ok. It would've been better if I had known they were doing construction and going to turn the water off for a little while one of the days. the room i had needed to have paint touch up but was over all good. The bed was still comfy but needed to be replaced. The peep hole in the door needed to be replaced and not have a piece of material stuffed in it. The door needs to swing better instead of dragging on the floor. I don't know if all of this is due to construction and they haven't updated that room or not. Other than all that, the room was nice. The only other thing is that the location is in a odd spot. When you get to the end of the road to where the hotel is, it is hard to find the entrance. It would be nice if there was a sign making it more clear as to getting in and out.

Very Disappointed

Room was very small with no kitchenette, toilet had to fixed because it didn’t flush. Sink would not let the water out. Kids were afraid that the shower head was going to fall on them while they were showering. Linen was stained. Left some items in the room someone was suppose to call about my property they never did. Followed up never got a response one way or another ( if they were disposed of).

The hotel was old needed to be updated pool did not work for 2 days. And to top it off they had roaches!!!!!! This place is not good. They should close in down.

Nice hotel.

The hotel was nice. I love the staircase and it was clean. The staff was nice, my mom's dog was barking and they let us know without any problems. The jetted tub we had in our room was great, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the metal bars. So I would replace the mattresses and have a spare blanket on the sofa because there wasn't one. The parking was a little confusing and the exit doors you couldnt shut them or you would have to go all the way back to the front. Overall, I would go back.

The pool was dirty, got tub was dirty and had no heat, bathtub was dirty. Only had 3 pillows and no comforter. Fortunately, we always use our own so we had some with us. Microwave didn't work but they did switch it out so we had a working one. Front desk gentleman was extremely nice and helpful. We have stayed here several times and he has always been great. Breakfast buffet consisted of 3 cereals, toast and fruit.

Don't do it.

I was up in the air about renting a room here since the reviews were kind of half good half bad. Well, it was BAD! The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks there were crumbs and hair all over the floor, the top of the dressers and tables were dirty like they hadn't been wiped down after the last people stayed, there were stains(hopefully stains and not just dirty from the last occupants) and rips in the sheets and blankets, the "clean" towels had hair all wrapped up in them, the pool was big but it was freezing in the room and hot tub wasn't working, under and around the ac/heater was molded. I regret not spending the 20-40 bucks more to get a better room! We will not be going back, lesson learned.

Jetted Tub

We stay here about once a year. We always get the room with the king bed and the giant jetted tub. Clean room every time. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Except the hot tub wasn't working when we stayed.
