The clerk at the front desk was so friendly and professional. The layout of the room was a little different than normal, I liked the bathroom layout. The curtains and sunshade were very nice, gave the room a nice feeling. I liked this place a lot!

The place was being renovated during my stay, so the lobby was a bit noisy. Breakfast took more than 30 minutes to arrive after I ordered. The waitress told me the cook threw away the list of the 4 foods my party and I ordered. So it took a long time; that is not a Hilton standard. The waitress and the cook did not seem happy to serve the guests. The room I stayed in, 214, has very thin walls and floors. At 3 am, I started hearing phone notifications from the room next to me, and the person above me started walking; it was so heavy and loud that I did not sleep well. As I said, it was not the usual Hilton standard I am used to. The desk personnel and the shuttle person have good personalities.
