“This motel is great value for money. Highly recommended”

“Clean room however aircon not working. Reached out to staff re this but no response. Pretty loud surroundings too”

“All good, the laundry being locked, and no dryer was the only downside. Lovely location”

“We love staying here and as regular visitors to Ballina it is always our first choice for our stay. The staff are warm and friendly, the view and tranquility is perfect and best of all it’s super central to everything. Looking forward to our next stay!”

“Renovation and updates needed. Furniture was old and worn out, not quaint. Appliances were grimy as were the pillow cushions on the chairs. Yuck. The property was not an inn. It was a motel.”

“Nice clean and cozy room, parking is easy but tight if you have a big car or 4wd”

“Very nice place to stay, wish it had been advertised that a ferry was required to be taken to get there.”

“Great Hotel, so recomended”

“The room was very clean with good parking underneath the rooms as most rooms are on 2nd level, with air conditioning and modern bath and new beds.”

“Very conveniently located for our visit. The room very comfortable and spotless. Loved our stay.”

“Helpful staff, clean room, central location. I was able to charge my EV overnight for a small fee.”

“Good location, staff on front desk were helpful. Some parts of the resort look a bit tired, could do with a birthday. The pool area is being upgraded and will be great when complete.”
