“Our room was on the older side on the second floor with NO elevator. Our door was jammed so our key didn’t work and I had to go back and forth to the front desk twice before they came to see what the problem was. They blamed it on a previous guest, said they would repair the door but never did. I didn’t feel safe because it was hard to tell if the door was truly locked. The room was noisy too. A staff member left on the music at the pool one night which drove me crazy. Expensive for the low...

“We had an excellent stay. Very quiet, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Needed peace, rest and we were very successful! The pool and hot tub were great relaxation!!! Good temperatures. Close to attractions we wanted to go to. But away from the mess of cars. The staff were so friendly - knew our names, asked every time we went out if all was okay. The young lady was so welcoming and funny. We truly enjoyed it all.”
