Andy and Carrie are excellent hosts. The bed and breakfast was very clean and the hosts were friendly and extremely attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again when we return to PEI.

A wonderful place to stay in a quiet & beautiful neighbourhood! Comfy bed & pillows. Breakfast was yummy with several options. Although we didn’t get the pleasure of meeting Andy until our last day, he was friendly & helpful. Even offered to help with our luggage!

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delightful! I was pleasantly surprised to have dumplings for breakfast! Our bed was comfortable & we really liked the large TV too. Its more of a guesthouse. There's no central common area, but that's fine. It was only about a 7 minute drive to downtown Charlottetown. Id definitely stay again!

Lovely stay, with my family (2 adults, 2 kids). The kids and adults both enjoyed the breakfast, especially the dumplings. Beds were very comfortable. A several minute walk from downtown, but through a lovely and quiet neighborhood, so easily done with a 6 and 10 year old. Parks and harbour also within walking distance. Overall, a great stay!

We stayed for one night during busy tourist season. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There’s not really a space outside to enjoy, the common areas inside were a bit dirty like the stairs. The breakfast was great. The property needs a bit of upkeep, but definitely a solid stay at a solid price.

Andy’s Blue House is very unique. Do not think of it like a hotel. We booked a two bedroom suite, very comfortable. Beds, pillows and linens are very nice. Breakfast has most of the usual stuff. 1 person could not have the eggs due to having cheese in them so they made her two eggs without cheese. I can say that never happens in a hotel as all the eggs are pre done with cheese. She was very happy to get eggs made without cheese. Lots of parking. Very walkable to lots of restaurants and the PEI year sign. Andy’s house was built in 1892, so is 134 yrs old. The 4 of us had many discussions as to what the house was in 1892 and the following decades. Will stay again, when I’m in PEI.

Andy’s Blue house was a great spot to stay in Charlottetown. Close enough to walk to all amenities and the harbour front. The rooms, while in need of some upgrades, were very spacious and had everything we needed. It’s an old house, so it is to be expected. Our room was very clean, just the runners on the stairs throughout weren’t, but it is likely hard to maintain due to foot traffic. The breakfast included was a nice touch and was perfect enough for us to start our day. What really stood out for us was the staff. Very friendly and kind and helpful. Andy himself was lovely! Would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at Andy's Blue house! The room was gorgeous and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was great! I loved that Andy was always there at breakfast to ensure guests had everything we needed and to give advice on good places to visit during our stay! He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
