“We couldn't even check in: the automated system found our booking but said "Sorry your room isn't available". But we'd already paid + booked and gotten confirmation. It was about 10pm, and there was nobody at the property to talk to. Luckily a neighbor walking past knew the owner's phone number, and called him. He answered and was very friendly but said he wasn't nearby, and gave us the phone number of someone named "Jacqueline" who was supposed to be nearby and could help... but nobody answer...

“Great value and newly renovated rooms with some Swiss charm :). The room was clean, modern and spacious. The staff were friendly. The breakfast could be better but it covers all the basics.”

“Room was fine. They greet you with free orange juice and coffee. My issue was that to access the hotel with a car you need to enter through the highway. We were in switzerland for 24hrs only with a german rental car so we did not want to buy a vignette for 1 hour of use. “Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten das Dachgeschoss Zimmer, mitte Juni, sehr warm, keine Klimaanlage. Es gab einen sehr lauten Ventilator. Das Dachfenster ging nicht richtig zu öffnen. Ansonsten war es eine gute Unterkunft für die Durchreise nach Italien.”
