Nice modern hotel in a good location next to the Rosengarten. Great view from the rooftop bar over the old town and to the mountains. Friendly helpful staff. Car parking below. Nice size room with good bathroom. The bed was a little too hard for us but otherwise no complaints. Would definitely recommend.

Simple review: I wouldn’t stay here or suggest anyone stay here. Everything was odd (like the bizarre smell in the hallways, plastic chair in the room, no fridge) or uncomfortable (like the bed or ac that didn’t get cooler than around 23 Celsius). The hotel was also quite a distance from anything in the city… EXCEPT a supermarket that was conveniently located right next door. The prices there were great, since everything in Bern is outrageously expensive. Speaking of cost, this was not an inexpensive hotel for what you get, plus the breakfast is NOT included. I would definitely suggest finding somewhere else to stay.

Our stay here was great. Easy to check-in and there's a Co-op right next door. One of the elevators smelled like pee and the sheets on our bed were damp when we arrrived, like they had been put on wet but other than that it was a great hotel room and location.

Perfect hotel, amazing location near Rosen garden, 12 mnts walking to downtown Bern, two mnts walking to bus or tram, wonderful receptionists, always cooperative and welcoming with their smiles, free ticket transportation in Bern city during all residency, free coffee and water everyday till midnight, it is really amazing hotel for friends couples or families.
