Staff was very courteous the desk was open 24/7 so you can stay out late as long as you want room is clean and it's only a 2 minute walk from the train station and any karaoke bar

The staff were wonderful, greeting us cheerfully and having a helpful translation device on hand. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was small but adequate, given we were out all day, and the bathroom had everything we needed, including a western-style stand-up shower. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the railway station and shops, and was overall very good value.

Very convenient to train station and plenty of dining around the area. Good laundry service. Enjoyed daily breakfast, coffee, though wish there was some fruit options besides orange juice. Room was clean, comfortable, clean bathroom, very strong shower which we loved. My partner has bad arthritis in her knees so stepping UP into the bathroom at the entrance and the high side of the shower was a bit challenging for her to do with her knee issues. Never had to step up into a bathroom before in a hotel--may want to specify that in the description. Don't know if there were any rooms designed for handicapped people. Also the room itself was quite a bit smaller than I had anticipated when reserving online. We had large suitcases so it was a bit tight to open them in the entry way since there was no room around the bed area. Other than that, the room and hotel was perfect for our visit to family in Minami-Gyotoku and would be willing to stay in it again, now that we know what to expect.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein (aber das weiß man ja vor dem Buchen; dennoch hat sich das Personal schon beim Check-in dafür entschuldigt) mit integriertem kleinen Bad und zumindest wir hatten eine kleine Badewanne (in Japan sind Badewannen meist ca 1/3 kleiner, aber tiefer). Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzig siehe war, dass wir ein Bett für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind hatten. Das Bett war für uns drei vollkommen ausreichend (und ich bin nicht gerade schmal) aber wir hatten nur eine große Decke für alle 3 und man kann sich bestimmt vorstellen, dass das sehr unpraktisch war, wenn da so 3 Personen an einer Decke herumzerren. Das Frühstück war ok. Es gab Toastbrot und Milchbrötchen, dazu Butter und verschiedene Marmeladen und so kleine einzel verpackte deftige "Aufstriche" ala Nudelsalat oder Eiersalat und dazu nen O-Saft Automaten und nen Kaffeeautomaten. Als Deutsche hat mir schon richtiges Brot/Brötchen und deftigere Sachen wie zB Wurst und Käse, oder halt auch Müsli gefehlt, aber man ist halt in einem anderen Land; wo die Essgewohnheiten anders sind. Es war nur halt leider nichts, was einen lange satt machte, da fast nur leere Kohlenhydrate.

Personal muy amable y atentos. El señor Kenji muy buen elemento. Habla español y te facilita bastante la interacción. El hotel se encuentra a unos minutos de la estación de Urayasu y a unos 8 minutos de la estación de bus para Disney. Muy recomendable.

シングルの部屋に泊まらせていただきました。 細かいところの掃除が不十分なのではと感じました。浴槽内の垢だったり、髪の毛が落ちていて残念でした。リビングの壁には人差し指が入りそうな小さな穴も空いていました。 今回は2泊３日間お世話になりましたが、設備の冷蔵庫(兼冷凍庫)にアイスを入れて食べようと思い一晩入れていましたが、食べる時にも凍っておらず飲むように食べました。２日目がイベントだったので到着した初日にスポドリを凍らせていましたが、それはしっかり凍っていたので驚きと残念でいっぱいでした、、。 ＜1日目:到着してすぐスポドリを冷蔵庫(冷凍庫)に入れる。 ２日目:朝方に出発する際しっかり凍っていた。イベントからホテルに戻り、アイスを冷蔵庫(〃)に入れる。 ３日目:朝にアイスを食べようとして取り出すと上記の通り＞ ですがスタッフの方々の接客は丁寧で嬉しかったです。

2回目の利用です。 朝食無料は毎回とても助かります。 浴槽にお湯をはったら、カスのようなものがいくつも浮いていました。また、トイレの便器内の縁のカビが気になりました。 洗面所の水道は、水とお湯の切り替えがキツくて小学生の子供が自分でできず、大人でも凄く力が必要で不便でした。お安いのでまた利用したいと思っていますので、少しでも改善されると嬉しいです。
