Mercer Collection en El Polígono

“Buena relación calidad precio. Habitación muy cómoda y el desayuno fabuloso.”

“The hotel is adorable, very clean. The restaurant was great as well. The only issue we had was the heat. We were there during the heat wave and on the 4th floor. It was incredibly hot in the room and they only had one small fan available that did not work well. The upper floor rooms need at least two heavy duty fans in order to be bearable.”

“Off street parking was helpful, All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was tasty We ate evening meals in the the hotel and the food was great. In all it was a lovely stay.”

“This was the second time I’ve stayed at Florence Gardens, and it’s proved to be as exceptional as I found it on my first visit. The rooms are extremely comfortable and warm, the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and I won’t hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to Portsmouth.”

“Very nice, clean room with very helpful staff. Choice of pillows and a very comfortable, clean bed. The room was very warm, no Aircon but a fan was provided. The reception and breakfast room are in a different building, on a different road which was fine as the weather was dry. Buffet breakfast was great with good choice. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner which was also excellent. Staff were all extremely good. Would stay here again.”
