We checked into a room that had a clogged sink. I reported it to the front desk and it was repaired by the time we returned to the room for the night. Unfortunately within 2 days the drain had slowed again. Pillows were awful. Recommend bringing your own.

After a long day of driving we arrived at 11:45pm to be told they could not help us because their systems were down and we needed to go elsewhere. Horrible for us and we get unexpected problems can happen but under the circumstances they could have offered to recommend somewhere else and imagine if they even called ahead to see if there was a room available! I practically had to beg to get the name of another nearby hotel then we were sent off to figure it out from there at midnight. I gave middle of road star ratings on all the things we didn’t experience.
