Friendly front desk, upgraded property with what appears to be all new dining room. Rooms were kinda spartan but in all the years of travel spartan design was easier to keep clean. New Samsung TV and price point was well worth the stay. Last the room was very quiet. I'll stay here again for sure.

The hotel was nice and clean. All the staff was great, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was a little disappointing but not awful. Parking was a little challenging for a F250 Super Duty that's really long but I made it work. All in all its a nice place to stay, I'd book this hotel again.

The location of this hotel is perfect. I have stayed here in the winter for a swim meet at Whitworth and stayed here again for a swim meet at Witter pool. The location makes it easy to go downtown or to go north. I also really liked that we had a ground level room which made it easy access for my mom. Will definitely stay again.

This property has been remodeled and modern lobby amenities are very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable as the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels this close to downtown Spokane.

My main complaint had to do with the bathroom in my room. I discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush after urinating in it; and the sink wouldn’t drain without holding the drain stopper up. Parking was easy, staff was helpful, and breakfast was better than most.
