“What more can I say read the description everything is as it says. The location is perfect could not be better placed train station is 5 mins walk away in one direction, New Town centre 5 mins in the other, 10 mins walk in each direction to North or South bay beach, the old town which I recommend highly to real ale lovers 25 minutes walk or 5 mins on bus. “This is a cosy cottage in a lovely quiet location. There is a private courtyard with outdoor seating where we enjoyed sitting in the sunshine after a walk to the beach. The owner kindly provided us with information on walks, grocery shops, places to eat etc. I would definitely recommend going to this cottage.”

“I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks.
