The staff went above and beyond after Expedia messed up our booking and cancelled it. We managed to get our friend’s room after they gave theirs up for us. Expedia ruined what was meant to be a great weekend, saved by friends and the hotel.

A decent base, walkable into the centre. This is a separate building to the pub so no late night noise except for others staying over. We stayed one night and this was enough but cleanliness, especially the bathroom, could be improved for longer stays. Staff checking in in the pub were friendly and helpful.
