Property was immaculate, parking ample.B ed and towelling very clean and tea/coffee provided in room-only downsides was small tv and not much coverage of channels, maybe needs aerial,otherwise very pleasant and Marianne a great friendly host 😀

The host Marion was delightful to deal with. Prior to arrival I phoned to query why I had been sent a bill for an additional charge over and above what I had already paid. Marion explained it was because Expedia keep making errors with the rate and I needed to pay more, however after a bit more discussion Marion was quick to say she would honour the price I had paid on Expedia . When I saw the room I can see why it should have cost more . It was spotless and comfortable which made me more than happy to follow the instructions about taking shoes off before walking on the new carpet and being carful about getting water on the bathroom floor. This hotel is a dog lovers paradise. Marion clearly loves dogs , and kindly made sure her dogs didn’t attack ours

We would highly recommend this as it is quiet and out of the way but not too far (10-15mins walk) from town itself, Marion was very welcoming and accommodating, especially as we brought our dog with us which was gifted a treat on arrival. The accommodation itself was lovely and up to a high standard, will definitely return and would highly recommend to others.

The owner, Marion, was so lovely and welcoming, and her two dogs were a delight to be around. So energetic and friendly! It was decorated very nicely, and felt like home. Would definitely book again next time I come to Tenby.

Tenby stay little red rooster

Arrived early, met by owner marion who was lovely and welcoming as soon as she knew our names kept on remembering. Room was large and clean with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on.Accomodation has a rustic look but very quaint.Only stayed for one night but would have no hesitation in staying again when we visit tenby.Free parking only a 10 min walk to the town or £5 by taxi.

Very quiet, with a very large bed for the room.The en-suite was amazing.The internet worked well, but the TV reception was spotty. There's complimentary tea and coffee, but if you want a continental breakfast, it's £7 extra. Within walking distance of the harbor.

Very cute stay! Easy walk into town. Clean & affordable. Large washroom, good shower. Bed was not super comfy though. Hosts were not very responsive. When I rang the main doorbell the night before checkout to ask how to checkout (there were no instructions in the room, nor did anyone tell us anything when we checked in) there was no answer at the door.

Nice little place

It was a good place, quite clean and nice but the bathroom didn't have a door which it was a bit weird and the place is at the top of a hill. It's not a big deal but maybe it could be for people who struggle walking etc. It's a bit further from Tenby, for us was ok as we don't care about walking but it's not a typical hotel you find in tenby town next to the beach or something like that although this is quite clear in the map.

Despite paying in advance for our room, on arrival we were advised that the booking had been cancelled. Very vague explanation from the owner. We had not been notified about cancellation and had actually been emailed by the property 2 days before to query if we were still coming (yes) and to complete an online check in form. Hotels.com had no knowledge of the cancellation either. Not impressed with behaviour of manager at the property.
