I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch! “Room not as described, aircon not working, unable to have windows open in evening due to bats, making it unbearable. Some winfows screwed shut. (Fire hazard) Curtain missing on lounge area allowing multiple view points to see in room. As for FOOD/SERVICE, terrible ordered breakfast, first in restaurant, Took 1HR 15MINS before breakfast served. Advertised big bottles of wine, but would only served per glass.”
