Disliked: Check-in, communication
Location is not easily accessible especially after dark. The local pub let me borrow one of their guys to escort me into the bushy property. Upon arrival the lights were turned off and the hotel keepers came out because my new friend called them out. He told them I was guest and that was when the confusion began. I was repeatedly told I did not have a reservation although I was showing them the receipt and reservation. They said they did not work with Apps and that they only rented to locals. I immediately called hotels.com and they were on speaker phone listening to the nonsense and gas lighting taking place. I was sent to another hotel where I was well received. thank you Oceano Boutique and Hotels.com for saving my “Mom and Me “ vacation. I am forever your customer.
