“Very disappointing experience — I would not stay here again We booked Paradise Lakes Motel through Expedia, but when we arrived late at night after driving from Melbourne, there was nobody at reception. We called the motel’s landline and the mobile number displayed at the property, but neither was answered. “We had a lovely stay. The shower was great. The room spacious and very clean.”

“The room was clean. Disappointing thing was unavailability of staff at a time I reported the kettle suddenly stopped working. Also property situated on busy main road which was noisy. Otherwise stay was comfortable.”

“The cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a motel. Spa bath was nice, shower water pressure was average. TV wouldn't turn on- turning it off an of at the wall worked- weird but ok. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, would stay again. Easy walk into town for food.”

“A nice family on-the-road stop. Highlights: easy access, quiet through the night, comfortable bed. Lowlights: 2 minute noodles were in the kettle from the last client, and the adjoining brick wall had about 4 or 5 finger-sized holes drilled into the brickwork, which were really a bit odd/creepy. We blocked them up with paper in case they were cameras? More likely just nail holes for artwork, although a bit low for that… but surely there’s a reasonable explanation.
