Chalets en Talmo

“Our room had fleas throughout. They did not have any available rooms with two queens so we had to spend the night in the room with fleas. I have all for having pets in hotels, but you have to do something to spray the room after pets leave just in case. Hampton Inn did not offer any kind of refund or assistance with getting a refund for the first night where we had to stay in the fleabag room. I have pictures of the fleas. I rarely complain, but this was unacceptable.”

“Our room smelled like marijuana, bathroom worse than bedroom. We did not complain or ask to be moved because we were dealing with a family emergency.”
