Nice location and great room. I believe the walls may have been a lil thin but that’s really all as fas as complaints. The heater isn’t all that hot but it does get hot.. I also noticed a broken blind that goes on the window blinds. I really haven’t noticed it until hours later but I didn’t see the broken piece anywhere so im assuming this is a recent incident before my stay.

Staff was excellent and very courteous. Very disappointed upon arrival to find that the stove eyes had been removed from the rooms, even though the pictures on the website showed them there. That was one of the reasons we rented the room. Second, during the night the refrigerator went out ruining about $30 worth of leftovers from lunch and dinner.

The staff was very professional and very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the floor in our room was dirty and very sticky. It seemed like the hotel might have been short staffed unfortunately. But again, the staff was great.

This place was new and felt really safe. The only downside was the lack of toilet paper and no facial tissue. Oddly, there were no ironing board or iron, or hairdryer either. Honestly though, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. We managed. Overall, because of its cleanliness and safe area and decent beds, I still give this a 10/10.

Internet didn’t work, not enough towels or wash cloths and i had to go get them when needed, i spilled a drink but also had to go get mop and clean myself. Elevator out the entire trip. However the young man at check in was amazing, he found me a room on 2 nd floor because I have lung problems. There is an electrical problem with an outlet in room 229, he turned breaker off. Staying there again is not an option
