“The property is under renovation and was not informed from the website. So it was very dusty even inside the room. The staff is very helpful, friendly and attentive. I requested to re clean the toilet as it was not properly cleaned and someone did came and clean it. Over all it is a lovely place when renovation is done. We had a good time. We did not swim on the beach though as it was low tide.”

“After checking in, we were given an old room. The bedside lamp was broken and even had cobwebs on it. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with a damaged water tank, a dirty sink, and a bathtub covered with black spots. After we complained, the hotel finally moved us to a newer room, but only after charging an additional ₱1,400 per night on top of what I had already paid. “After we checked in, my girlfriend and I found the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It was promptly replaced and things were back in order. The bed could’ve had a thicker mattress and the room didn’t have a tv, otherwise we were pleased with the room. We enjoyed the delicious room service meal during our evening, and the grounds and beach were very nice and clean.”
