Great location if you want to be down by the waterfront however the increased room rate just isn't worth it. The hotel and some wear & tear in the rooms and fluff under beds etc but overall clean.
The bar is the adjoining premises under a different company, not the hotel bar.
For the extra price, you could get 5 star in other areas of the city.
This fits more of a comfort hotel than luxury.
