“Very bad service, and the rooms were very dirty—full of hair and sand. Very bad service”

“Muy buena buen trato todo muy bien ”

“Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.”

“The room was very spacious and clean. Only issue when we checked was the light was flickering but that fixed as soon as we brought it up the front desk. Additionally some of the wallpaper was peeling and the rooms did feel a little dated. But overall I had a great time at the hotel.”
