Very clean spacious room, a variety of amenities in the hotel. We really enjoyed the restaurant, arcade and mini golf. Very close to the beach as well with tons of pools for the kids to enjoy

The pool and the view from our room was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. But the chairs on the balcony and the dining area were filthy. Including the curtains. The bed were super uncomfortable water pressure in the shower was low. And some of the bath towels were dingy.

The resort had absolutely everything we needed! Didn't have to leave during our stay! The rooms were comfortable and provided a nice place to relax to catch our breath. Lots of things to do for the lil kiddos!

The condition of the room, the ceiling was was peeling, the balcony was dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The doors were dirty. The outlets in the room didn’t work some of them. You have to take your own trash to the dumpster no breakfast that was advertised. But the people who worked there were very nice and very pleasant.

I booked a room at Sand Dunn feeling a little nervous. I was nervous because the price was very reasonable compared to other Resorts. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. My husband and I enjoyed the stay as well as the delicious breakfast. I will be booking there again when I am in Myrtle Beach.

First let me tell you I messed up my reservation and check in- even with it being my fault the front desk staff stepped right in to see how to help me have a great stay. The property was great with access to the beach, lazy river and outside water park. Parking can be challenging when they are fully booked but that happens all over. I would’ve given 5 stars but my room had residual sand on the floor. When I walked around barefoot after a shower the bottom of my feet were black and I had to wash them and put on shoes to keep them clean. If that’s the worst of things- I’m good.

Trust me when I say me and my wife regret going out to eat around when we had everything downstairs. Pizza spot and a dinner that serves good food, a bar. 4 different sections of pools. 2 arcades. I’m definitely coming back soon I will post videos on my TikTok @clbjona

The staff was very friendly and made check in easy. I did have a beach view; it was over the pool on the 3rd floor. I would have liked to be higher up. The room was clean It did have too much caulking in the seams of the shower; I would just replace it.

Well the resort itself was fabulous lots of stuff for the kids to do.. however!!! They were hours late on having our room ready at check in time and mind you we have three kids.. and on top of that they charged me a extra 100$ when they charge the remaining total for the room. AND we never got clean towels. Ever. So sad too cause it has such great potential.

We checked in at approximately 12:00am, checking in was very easy. The late night representative held herself in a professional manner, very informative and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, sheets clean, good odor. And a Phenomenal oceanfront view!!! The breakfast bar was very nice, I was expecting some different items (out of the box)they didn’t, but they did have biscuits and gravy my favorite! My daughter enjoyed the splash pad and the pool especially the lazy river. Grab a parking spot quickly before 10 or 11, if not you’ll be left on the top floor lol! Only thing I wish I had more time. 10/10😁☺️

Everything was wonderful we had a hair competition and it was right next door to our hotel.and the room was wonderful no problems..we needed extra towels and it took them no time to quicklyget us fresh ones .everything we needed was in one spot and was right on the beach It had in door pools..ice cream spot..arcades ..nail salon..restaurants...and even a convience store it had everything we love it

Was billed twice and took forever to get sorted. Housekeeping never showed. Hotel was very outdated. Customer service was poor except the gentleman at the front desk. He was very nice and polite. Will not return to this company. The beach was beautiful.
