“1st night late arrival room BA5 had literally more than 100 ants in the bathroom, the deadbolt did not lock, and the hot water was only warm. We were changed the next day to a very nice lagoon front room with no problems. The only minor disappointment during our stay was that breakfast buffets were only available on weekends, but we were given restaurant credits to make up for it. The staff provided excellent fast service in all circumstances. A must do is to walk around the entire lagoon path...

“The room was stinky. Faucets are rusted. The sink drainage flows direct to the ground & wont drain properly. Water at the shower is leaking. We've killed small cockroaches. Dirty flooring. The rice cooker was so filthy. Overall it was disgusting! The pictures online were deceiving. ”

“The room smelt like urine of some sort and the sheets had stains on them, the pool looked nice but i didnt stick around to use it as I couldnt force myself to stay there for the 6 nights i had booked I left after the first night.”

“We had a very unpleasant experience staying at WJV Inn Marigondon and would not recommend this property to other travelers.
The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was visibly dirty when we arrived. The bed did not appear properly cleaned, the bathroom looked unhygienic, and there was a strong unpleasant odor in the room that did not go away. The walls were stained, and the overall condition of the space made it feel poorly maintained and neglected.
What was especially disappointing...

“I recommend next time better communication on the location of the property and with the location of where the reservation is sent. The reason for this is we spent an hour and a half once we arrived at the property with the property owner trying to check in having issues verifying the reservation! Then we had a second issue trying to get a parking spot! Last I would recommend the property owner to make sure they clean and thoroughly check over the unit before renting it out, as some of the items...
