“Due to a VRBO double booking, this was a last-minute booking @ around 6:30pm. They welcomed us in with open arms and made the stay most enjoyable. Glad we got double-booked!”

“Lovely room, great breakfast and friendly, helpful owners.”

“Stunning property, gorgeous & delightfully helpful owners ( Doug & Kay)& in a beautiful part of the country. Close to good restaurants, historical villages & towns. Just a perfect weekend retreat.”

“Modern and confortable”

“Lovely place to stay and hot breakfast was delicious”

“This was an outstanding stopover for a couple of nights. A most welcoming hostess, overseeing our visit throughout. The room, although not large, was clean and well maintained, and like the rest of the property spick and span. Breakfast was outrageously generous, both in size and content. “Loved the pub experience. We have stayed in Bury before. Walking downtown to farmers markets on Saturday is awesome. Many pubs and restaurants in town The brewery at pub was excellent and I had a pint there to end my day. The breakfast was awesome every morning. Recommend staying at pubs the staff make everything perfect”

“The bathroom was small and dirty with mould growing up the pipes behind the wc. The w.c. was filthy in the bowl. The stairs leading to the room - the Stour Room - were dusty with bitts all over The property looks lovely outside but i would not recommend it to anyone and i think you should visit this inn urgently. ”

“friendly welcome and helpful beautiful house ”

“A lovely B&B that was very tidy, allowed me to bring my dog and the breakfast was delicious.”
