“Poor communication initially. Hotel was completely empty and no one was to attend guest. Thankfully one lady from souvenir shop helped me to contact the owner.”

“The room was clean and the building was beautiful, but there doesn’t seem to be any real staff. You have to call to find how to get on the property then call to get admitted to the castle then someone lets you in. A young girl checks you in, but she won’t be there unless you call first. She was nice and tried to be helpful. She is also the person who cooks or sets up the breakfast and when you check out you have to call again.

“Room clean and lovely view from the room located at garden side. No AC in room. Luckily we were there during lovely weather. Noisy in the AM from garbage trucks and other vehicles passing by. The road is immediately in front of hotel. Breakfast very nice. There's a front room with full windows allowing you to overlook the gorgeous lake while having breakfast. In the evening we sat on the terrace for a glass of wine and watched the lights come on over the lake. Staff very friendly!”

“Travelling along the Inn river cycle path on our bike on the R3. This hotel provided a convenient quiet location, comfortable bed and a great breakfast not far from the route”
