We had a very nice stay at VAYA Achensee. The hotel is modern with good wellness and pool area, espacialy the outdoor natural water pool was great. Very friendly staff and good breakfast and dinner.

Over priced restaurant and could do more from eco point of view but otherwise the apartment and facilities were great. Didn’t try the breakfast… Some kind of parking enforcement skills be enforced!

Would stay at Vaya resort again! The property is stunning and the staff is exceptional. Claudia at the Tiroler Hütte was very nice and the massage therapist Carla was also exceptional. Front desk personnel was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast spread was amazing and the numerous restaurants nearby was definitely a bonus!

Ein großes Lob an das Resort und Hotelpersonal Lage : gute Erreichbarkeit von münchen ca 1.20h Genügend Parkplätze Supermarkt in der Nähe , eine gute Auswahl An Restaurants, Gute Wanderrouten Resort : Check in läuft einwandfrei , Zimmer sehr sauber, Wellness Tasche bei Ankunft Bademantel , Sauna mit und badeslippers Wellnessbereich sehr sauber , Tee & Detoxwasser und Obst im wellnessbereich Gutes Frühstück Service & Personal : sehr hilfsbereit & super nett Ein großes Lob an das Resort und Hotelpersonal! Das Resort ist von München aus in etwa 1,5 Stunden gut erreichbar und bietet ausreichend Parkplätze. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt mit einer guten Auswahl an Lebensmitteln sowie mehrere Restaurants. Wanderfreunde kommen ebenfalls auf ihre Kosten, denn es gibt viele schöne Wanderrouten in der Umgebung. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir eine Wellness-Tasche mit Bademantel, Saunatüchern und Badeslippern. Der Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls sehr sauber und bot Tee, Detoxwasser und Obst an. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Es war perfekt dort. Das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei bitten oder Anliegen wurden diese sofort erledigt oder es wurde sich direkt darum gekümmert. Die Anlage ist wunderschön ebenso wie Saunen, Pool, und die Unterkunft selbst, ein Traum. Ebenso das Essen, Excelent 👌 Ich kann es daher nur weiterempfehlen!!

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Bundesstrasse, daher sehr laut (das weiß man aber vorher). Die Rezeption und das Personal sind sehr freundlich. Das Essen war absolut nichts außergewöhnliches, aber in Ordnung. Sehr störend hingegen war, dass der Essensraum beim Frühstück total überfüllt und beim Abendessen auch sehr voll war - der Buffetaufbau ist viel zu klein.

Check in in autonomia (la ragazza ci ha chiesto i documenti e poi abbiamo dovuto inserirci tutti i dati da soli mettendoci circa 20minuti) parcheggio a pagamento ma abbiamo trovato per via dei cantieri in hotel chiodi che abbiamo portato pure in reception il giorno dopo essere arrivati. Wi-Fi che non funzionava o quando funzionava in appartamento molto lento come le due televisioni che non si collegavano e non funzionavano. abbiamo fatto richiesta di assistenza anche per whatsapp ma nessuno ci ha risposto. Camere sporche in alcuni punti con ragnatele negli angoli. Pensavamo che ci cambiassero almeno gli asciugamani una volta al giorno ma nulla. Check out anche questo in autonomia da soli senza la minima assistenza. Abbiamo riscontrato diversi pessimi servizi che ci porteranno a chiedere un rimborso perché troviamo non corretto visto quanto abbiamo pagato.

Tolles Frühstück und Abendessen sehr sehr nettes Personal. Beim Checkin musste man erst 15 Minuten selber seine Daten in ein iPad eingeben nicht das, was ich erwarten würde bei einem Hotel dieser Qualität. Ärgerlich: kein Fitnessraum, Zimmer war leider zur Straßenseite (Schnellstraße). Restaurant Personal hat direkt unterhalb des Zimmers geraucht.

Tolles Hotel zum wohlfühlen

Wir haben 3 Nächte verbracht und waren vom ganzen Ambiente begeistert gewesen. Da es aber an den Tagen schlechtes Wetter gab, war der Spa Bereich sehr sehr voll und man hatte wenig Liegemöbel zur Verfügung. So kam man zwischen den Erwachsenen und vielen Kindern leider nicht wirklich zur Ruhe. Aber dennoch sehr empfehlenswert.

Unterkunft, Essen und Umgebung toll, das Personal sehr sehr freundlich!! Das war schon spitze!! Die Zimmer mit ihren kleinen Fenstern wirkten aber leider sehr dunkel, der Sauna und Spa Bereich war sehr eng und nicht gerade mit frischer Luft versehen...hier wäre schön noch Luft nach oben

Ein schönes neues und modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Sehr sauber. Die Auswahl an Speisen wahr sehr gut und hochwertig. Auch auf Sonderwünsche würde eingegangen. Das Personal am Empfang war zwar sehr nett, wirke aber hier und da etwas überfordert. Leider waren sie teilweise nicht wirklich ortskundig. Dies soll aber den positiven Eindruck jedoch nicht schmälern. Ich würde das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen
