Almost none of the pictures of the interior are accurate or up to date. Needs lots of work to be a return trip for us. The staff seemed to be doing a decent job for what they had to work with. Gym was out of order,ice machine out of order,hot tub empty and caution taped. The pool was one thing that was working..Overall property condition average to poor at best.

Visited family nearby and stayed a couple nights. The sheets and towels were clean, room was heated and comfortable, and housekeeping kept things neat. Breakfast was simple but enough. The hotel isn’t luxurious, but it met all our needs for a short stay.

Stayed here during a quick trip to Dayton. The hotel location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops, which made grabbing dinner easy. The room was quiet and the bed slept well, even though the building itself is modest. The shower and bathroom worked fine, but I noticed the hallway carpet looked worn — inside the room, though, everything was tidy and comfortable.

At first glance the room looked good, but a closer inspection revealed some sticky spots on the carpet, a hole in the bathroom wall where someone slammed the door open and an unplugged refrigerator that smelled very bad. There were some stains on the walls that looked like splatter from something, and there were suspicious stains on the ceiling just outside the bathroom that could've been mold from the moisture created by no venting in the bathroom. We didn't even bother to look at the microwave. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet, so there were a couple of positives.

The pictures online are misleading. They show a nice clean, newer hotel and in person the hallway carpets are old and dirty and doors are broke. This hotel looks more like a old dirty place that seriously needed updated and cleaned. Also I booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool and hot tub and had breakfast in the morning. When we checked in they had signs posted that the pool and hot tub was both closed. Then I was told that they wouldn't have any breakfast in the morning. He said it was because of something to do with the health inspection. Also the king-size bed only had 2 super small pillows that looked more like pillows for a couch. Im not happy with my stay at all. If I would have known about everything being closed I definitely would have stayed somewhere else. I truly belive I should get a refund of some kind because they should have posted about the pool and hot tub so I could have made my decision knowing about it. It's almost like they didn't want people to know about everything being closed so they didn't loose business because of it
