“I don't say this place is cheap, but considering the location to restaurant, cafe etc. It was reasonable price for me to book 1 night for my parents from overseas.”

“Everything requested a room and was given no questions asked very polite and keen to help”

“new bathroom fitout. We stayed in KB + SB, very spacious. Lack bedside table and separate bedheadb lights.”

“The hotel was an alright stay. But I originally got the wrong room given to me which was okay as the staff fixed the issue very quickly. The room that I ended up getting was nice but a bit dirty. A couple of stains on the carpet and walls. The pool looked really nice. The buffet breakfast was a bit overpriced for what it was and didn’t have too many options. “Friendly & helpful staff; clean, well maintained property. The in-house restaurant was very handy with great food. I particularly liked the location which not in the CBD.”

“Very good staff an clean room”

“La limpieza podría mejorar, tanto en el cuarto como en el baño. Se hacia una limpieza muy superficial”

“Conveniently located with a restaurant that you can eat breakfast and dinner”

“Room was lovely, clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property is close to pubs and restaurants.”

“Me gustó mucho, fue muy cómodo estar alojado en el hotel. ”

“The Novotel is an excellent hotel. It is right across the street from nice restaurants and shopping center. The hotel itself has a restaurant with a decent menu but the prices are a little high as you can walk across the street and purchase almost the same meal for a little less. The room was excellent as it had 2 queen beds that were quite comfortable and the linens were good and soft. The bathroom was great with a very nice walk-in shower with the shampoo, condition and body wash there on...
