Vacations Close To Quebrada Las Trancas Spa

Beautiful historic hotel with very clean rooms and great wifi. Mini fridge, safe, bathrobes. Free welcome drink. Perfect location!

The saying "you get what you pay for", applies to this hotel. The room that I initially checked in, the bathroom vent was buzzing. I called to have it fixed. I used the bathroom as I waited. When I flushed the toilet; it overflowed. I changed rooms the next day. Had the same issue with the vent. The bathroom sink was clogged. The phone didn't work when I tried placing an order for room service; therefore, at 11:30 pm, I had to go to the lobby to order. Everything closes by 8pm (too early). Not enough staff speak and understand English. They don't have all food menus in English. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't stay here again.

From the minute that you arrive the way you are treated is excellent. I love the friendliness of the staff, the respect and their courtesy especially at the pool (Horacio) very attentive person and at breakfast (Ezequiel) was also a great server.

The breakfast is very good beside a regular sausage and egg, also you can prepare your own boiled egg very good dessert

Clean, convenient, good food

Very clean and nice staff

I would highly recommend, the service I received was impeccable and just a wonderful experience! I was a bit hesitant regarding the location but once I got there, it turned out to be perfect. The concierge staff was such a pleasure to work with especially ‘Jerry’, who provided recommendations and information. This was such a blessing to us. I would stay here again in a heart beat. It’s a must stay!
